I take my capful every morning before work. It is part of my routine now, like coffee. I like that I know what is in it.
The taste surprised me. It is sweet, not bitter. My husband takes it too, so we finish a bottle together each month.
I keep the bottle on the kitchen counter so I see it. Easy to remember. Six months in and I have not missed a week.
