One capful a day. The cap on the bottle is the measure — you do not need a spoon or a scale.

Shake the bottle first. The herbs settle at the bottom when it sits still, so a good shake makes sure every capful is the same.

Either works. What matters is picking one time and keeping to it, so you do not forget by the middle of the week.

Most people take it with breakfast because it is easy to remember. Leave the bottle where you will see it.

A 950 ml bottle holds about 30 servings, so roughly a month for one person taking a capful a day.

If two of you are taking it, a two-bottle pack works out simpler than reordering twice as often.

That is normal. We do not use artificial colours, so the shade comes from the herbs and the fruit juice and shifts a little between batches.

The formula and the taste stay the same. A slight change in colour is a sign you are drinking plants rather than dye.

Keep it in the fridge after opening and finish it within 30 days. Before you open it, a cool dry cupboard is fine.

Same 23 herbs. The drink mixes them with 36% fruit juice; the capsules give you the same blend without the taste.

Pick the capsules if you travel a lot or do not enjoy the flavour. Pick the drink if you like the routine of pouring a capful.

Yes. Stir your capful into a glass of water or juice if you would rather not take it on its own. It does not change how it works.
